the Fall is here and the heat and warm waters with it !

Near Shore ,we are catching Bluefish, Ladyfish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Rays and Sharks . Offshore we are catching Red Drum , King Mackerel , Spanish Mackerel and some larger sharks  

September days can be productive and fun days of Hilton Head Island Fishing !

 Perfect day at Sea!!    REDFISH are what is known as a "slot fish" .  keepers are between 15-23 inches.  This Bull Red, or "Stag" is what is know as a Breeder w/ its belly full of Roe.   Its strictly caught for sport "Catch and Release".   Its a great fight on light tackle.  Not much nibbling involved here as you can tell bye its huge mouth.   The key here is to have a light drag, and not to over muscle the fish.  Just sit back and enjoy the fight!
